Shipping Policy

At Primo Moda, we know how excited you must be to receive your order so we make every effort to ship your order, door-to-door, as quickly as possible.

Approximately, a shipment takes 4 - 7 business days (Monday through Friday, except Holidays) to reach your destination.

In order to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner, please provide your street's home address and phone number - shipments cannot be delivered to a post office box.

We can track your shipment from the moment that it leaves our store until final destination. In the unlikely event that your shipment does not arrive on time, within 10 business days, please email us so we can follow up on the shipment.

Express Shipping

Two day express shipping is available for $27.95. Free shipping is not available for express shipping orders. At checkout you will be able to select Express Shipping as one of your shipping options.

All the above shipping policies apply to domestic shipping within the USA.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. We also ship worldwide with Bongo International. Bongo ships through DHL express and offers package consolidation. If you are interested in Bongo or shipping through DHL please read the information below. Shipping charges vary per country and they will be calculated when you Log In and enter your address.

We do provide international shipping to other countries on a case by case basis.

All shipping specials and pricing on the website are related to domestic, US shipments. International shipping prices vary by country of shipment.

International buyers can make purchases using a credit card or through PayPal.

Any duties and custom charges if any are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Primo Moda takes pride in offering the highest quality standard in women\'s and maternity clothing. We strongly believe that our customers deserve to dress and look the best.

When you receive your order, please make sure that it is the correct fit for you, if you are not satisfied in anyway, do not remove tags, wash or wear the items.

Keep the items in their original condition and packaging and send them back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, and you will get a full refund, exchange, or store credit as you request. Beyond the 14 day period you may exchange the item or receive Primo Moda store credit up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please notice that altered products will not be refunded or exchanged.

The cost of shipping the unwanted items is paid by the customer. However if Primo Moda made an error in packaging your order, then the shipping charges to mail back the exchanged item will be covered by Primo Moda. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges as specified in the Shipping Charges table.

All items on sale are considered final and non returnable. Final sales are eligible for an even exchange. For any return or exchange please email us using the Contact Us page and place your order number in all correspondence.
